Caregivers
Our Caregivers are selected on their ability to relate well with clients and who have demonstrated an ability to provide care for people with disabilities.
Our Caregivers are prepared to learn the essential skills in providing quality care along with the opportunity to gain formal qualifications.
Our Caregivers work under supervision with annual Performance Appraisals and Competencies being carried out to ensure that client satisfaction is maintained.
Co-ordinators
We have a team of Co-ordinators who manage the individual Client Care needs and match the Client with a suitable Caregiver.
Client Reviews are carried out annually to ensure that the changing needs of individual Clients are maintained.
Administration Team
We have a small Administration Team who work together to ensure the day to day running of the business remains a success.
